Mr. HASMUKH N. SHAH

Mr. Hasmukh N. Shah is the founder of the firm. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a graduate in Commerce and Law. He has successfully cleared the Certified Public Accountant Course from the United States of America. He has also undergone the Business Consultancy Studies Programme conducted by the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies together with Bombay University.

 

He has 19 years of rich experience in almost all fields, to name a few, taxation laws, company law, auditing, corporate finance, non residents' exchange control regulations, services relating to setting up of liaison/project office of foreign enterprises in India, etc. He has excellent rapport with bankers and various government departments.

 

He has also co-ordinated and organised seminars and workshops of Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Apart from his professional life, he also has a healthy social life. He is the President of Shree Vagad Graduates' Association and is also a member of the managing committee of Shree Vagad Kala Kendra, a welfare association.

Mr. Manish Parekh is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in Commerce. He is practicing since 13 years in the fields of Taxation and Corporate Law matters. He has experience also spread across various audit fields, not to mention, Statutory and Tax Audit. He has also been involved in offering advisory services on Taxation, Company Law Matters and Management Consultancy. He has participated in various seminars & workshops of Western India Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bombay Chartered Accountant Society, etc.

Mr. Nitin Gada is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in Commerce. He is practicing since 5 years. His areas of specialization cover Auditing, to be more specific, Bank Audits. He has experience in the fields of Internal and Concurrent Audit of branches of banks. He has also conducted Inspection Audits. His participation in various seminars & workshops of Western India Regional Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bombay Chartered Accountant Society, etc is worth noting.

Mr. Bhavesh Shah is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate in Commerce. He has a brilliant academic record and is coming up as an excellent professional. He has been involved in offering advisory services on accounting systems, accounting principals, tax planning, etc. He also assists in Statutory and Tax Audits. He has a big hand in the development of firm's Systems and Consulting Manuals.
 
In addition to the above, the firm has a pool of qualified and semi qualified staff segregated over firm's various areas of professional practice.
